Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk is open 24/7. The pool service is provided at the neighboring Pullman Sochi Centre hotel.
Use of the outdoor swimming pool at Pullman Sochi Centre is included in the booking price only for guests staying in Privilege Double Room with Balcony, Privilege Double Room with Sofa, and Suite categories.
For all other room categories, access to the pool is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Only dogs of small and medium breeds up to 40 cm at the withers are allowed. The extra charge is RUB 1000.00 per day.
Walking pets on the hotel premises and on the lawns is not permitted.
If there is no special pet carrier, pets may not be left unattended in the hotel room, lobby, or on the hotel grounds.
It is not permitted to take pets to public areas such as the restaurant, SPA Centre, pool and beach, or the Sea View lounge.
