This is an amazing resort that we were lucky enough to stay at. It started off by being greeted by the most excellent Bellboy Ruban. Rubam is an amazing man with an amazing memory as he remembered us from a couple of years ago. He is the heart and soul of this resort. We are fortunate enough to be part of the ETC membership club as Gold Members. Right from the beginning the ETC staff was so friendly and so accommodating to all of our needs. The Concierges of Laura, Henry and Yasmin were so kind and professional. They were always checking in on us and making sure everything was going good. The Butler team of Evelyn, Richardo, Isabela, Priscilla, and Daniel were simply the best. Always checking in on us and promptly taking care of any and all of our needs. We always felt the Butler team was very approachable and made us feel special. The beach was amazing and we feel one of the best beaches in Mexico. That beautiful white sand to go with that amazing Caribbean Sea. Life is good when you can enjoy beach for two weeks. The restaurants were also very good. Special shout out to all the Beloved staff for their friendly faces and wonderful food. Our favorite restaurant was the Terrace. With Manager Leonardo and our two wonderful waiters - Arturo and Gabriel. Going to this restaurant is an experience and the food is amazing. Also special mention to Judith who worked the Beloved and the buffet. Always such a warm greeting and made us feel special. Also to our waiter at our romantic dinner Jhovany. Thank you all for this amazing holiday.
