I stayed for 2 nights in so called single room. I stayed by myself, so the room was fine for me size wise. It was a bit larger than a typical Japanese business hotel's room size, I also stayed in another Richmond property and it seems to me that Richmond has larger rooms than comparable hotels. Just my observation. I liked it. The use of room space was very efficient (a typical Japanese efficiency), and I appreciated that. The room was clean and everything worked properly, as expected in Japan. I heard some noise from the trains but it did not bother me. Wi-Fi worked fine. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good, a buffet style served in sparkling clean restaurant with fresh dishes. It was around 10 min easy walk to Nagoya station. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here again. I am giving it an excellent rating.
