108 reviewsI traveled to Tuscany for 6 days. The hotel was a great experience. I felt it provided such an authentic Tuscan experience. The hotel was run by a lovely family. The hotel had so much character, with lovely spacious and well cleaned rooms, with memory foam mattress, with a bar and restaurant, a court yard and a child's play area. The gardens surrounding the hotel added to the Tuscan feel. It was lively and friendly. Even though I was a young female traveling on my own I felt very safe. The local people were very welcoming and were so happy to interact with me. I enjoyed a nice traditional Italian breakfast every morning, which included of fresh bread, marmalade, croissant, ham and cheese with orange juice and cappuccino. Definitely a great way to start a busy day. My room had a secure lock on it and it was cleaned every day. I had a TV in my room which consisted of plenty Italian channels. There was access to free WiFi in the bar area and also in my bedroom. The hotel was only 10/15 mins away from Pisa center and the train station. The bus stop was located just across the road from the hotel. From the train station I traveled to various locations including Lucca and Florence. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing advice on where to travel. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would be happy to come back. This hotel is quirky, vibrant and provides a genuine feel of proper Italian life.
