The B&B is just across the main piazza from Pisa Centrale (look for the Web Room logo on the buzzer of the door to an apartment block, just past the NH hotel) and there is a lift for those with heavy luggage. The location is great if you need to be close to the train station. The Piazza dei Miracoli is around a 15 minute walk away. I primarily picked this B&B as we were arriving into Pisa quite late and I didn't want to have to walk too far with luggage. Roberto met us, showed us our room, and was always available to contact by text message if we needed anything, he even came back so we could collect our luggage before moving on. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the air conditioning cold, the wifi fast. A light breakfast of fruit, juice, pastries, yoghurt and coffee/tea is included. There is a fridge in the kitchen and each room has its own shelf to keep things cold. We would stay here again.
