214 reviewsOverall this is a great hotel, we had a wonderful stay there. The ARRIVAL was very welcoming with a glass of Prosecco and lots of useful information. The ROOM (Stuben Suite) was very large, light and comfortable with a fantastic view. The WELLNESS was very relaxing and well designed. The FOOD was delicious, very varied and the portions were the right size. With regard to the SERVICE in the RESTAURANT there is room for improvement. The staff were polite and courteous, but they seemed a little disorganised especially at breakfast. The problem was mainly with getting coffee, they would greet you but not come and ask what you wanted. They were focused on clearing empty tables. We often had to try to attract their attention and still had to wait quite a while for coffee. The milk came from the bar so we waited even longer for that. We had the same problem with wine in the evening, it took a long time to order and arrive. Several times we had the starter before the wine. In SUMMARY this hotel is lovely and they make you feel very welcome. If they can sort out the problems with getting coffee and wine, it would be perfect.
