This is our third time staying here with Patrizia and Alberto. We feel bad we have never left a review but to be honest we always considered this place almost like our own little secret. We come every year when we need a relaxing and peaceful break. This little nest of tranquility lies between Farfa Abbey and nearby Castelneovo di Farfa. It has three beautiful rooms set away and to the side of the main part of the house with a swimming pool and plenty of beautiful mood lighting, garden furniture and olive trees to take shade under. Patrizia is a very gracious host, who lays out a really nice breakfast with a different addition every morning. She can also provide fabulous lunch and dinner on request if ordered in advance. Nearby you can go horse riding, visit the abbey and visit numerous bars or restaurants in the small villages in the surrounding area. Patrizia is so helpful with local information too. We would highly recommend this place. Its perfect for all styles of retreat, but if you like rural vistas, or you want somewhere for a relaxing break, or even if you practice yoga or any other form of exercise this would be the place for you. Easy and straight forward drive from Rome also.
