This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in for several reasons.. the setting by river Arno is beautiful, the hotel is immaculate & full of character, the spa is so relaxing, the breakfast is delicious ( both continental & cooked ) & we had lunch and dinner here. The food is top quality ( please try the tagliatelle pork ragu )There is a daily a shuttle bus to and from Florence at convenient times BUT above all else the STAFF are fantastic, so attentive, kind and hospitable. They were the absolute making of this hotel. I can't praise them enough. We had a wonderful family stay here. Next time I visit Florence, this is where I'll be staying & recommending to friends & family. Thank you 😊
