Great stay. Reception guy was awesome and very welcoming!

Loved it here. The staff was very nice, friendly and gave good recommendations.It was easy to find, easy to check in and out. The room was great. The room could be a little tight for 2 people and luggage but I think it’s perfect for the price and location. The only con for me is the a/c turns off in the middle of the night and you have to get up and turn it back on.

Great location - very easy to get from Europa Bus Centre.Overall, I had a great stay - small rooms, so be prepared, but that’s obvious from the description and pictures. I stayed just as the COVID crisis began, and the staff were incredibly helpful in asking questions and helping visitors. I was OK with the room being cleaned every 3 days, but I would be nice to have a central trash bin for food trash (so that it doesn’t stay in the room for 3 days). Was also able to request a hairdryer for my stay - thank you! Wifi worked great and was strong (I was on 3rd floor). I do wish, wish, wish there was a coffee machine or at least a water boiler. It’s amazing how much you miss that when it is not there!Something that the hotel can’t help, however, is the incredible rudeness of the other people who stay. Several nights were full on screaming in the hallway - cheap travelers staying at an inexpensive hotel not caring about others in the building. Not unique to easyHotel, though.

Loved everything about the place. Central to shops, pubs, bus station. Would derfinately go back.

The hotel was fairly newly built and very nice compared to other easyHotels I've been to. The staff was very helpful and service minded.

Good location near all facilities, the room was small, really only fit for one person.  Bed clean and comfortable great sleep, shower room perfect, however there was no where to sit or table for personal use hair, makeup etc. Staff were very pleasant answered all my questions.

What I like most about the property was how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. I would defiantly book there again if I ever go back to Belfast

Lovely stay at this hotel. So good value for money, the friendliest staff and super clean and quiet. The lovely young gentleman on reception, Kevin, was always asking how our day was and helping us with recommendations. The location was perfect too and easy to find.  Overall couldn’t be happier with the stay.

Lovely wee hotel

Friendly staff, great location and good value

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel looked fantastic and was in wonderful condition, especially considering it was a budget hotel. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. The only thing that would have been welcome was a kettle or some way of getting some hot water downstairs. Overall very satisfied with my stay, it was ideal for what I needed, at a great price. I will be staying here again.

Great location, ideal for a night or two in Belfast. Friendly staff and within 5 -10 minute walk of central bars, restaurants and attractions. Wouldn't stay here any longer than a night or two as the rooms are very basic – no kettle, wardrobe etc, not much space in the twin room with two people staying and the bathroom is quite "open" with a glass sliding door rather than a private room room, not ideal if it's just two friends staying. Overall I would stay again but more to do with the location and staff friendliness than anything else.

This was my first time to stay with EasyHotel.  Check in was swift, I was assigned my room.  The room was clean compact with TV.  It had all the requirements for a one night stay.I visited the coffee shop the next morning and had a satisfactory breakfast.Yes I would stay in easyHotel again when I return to Belfast again for another visit.

EASY stay in Belfast town.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night on 2 seperate ocassions. This is a great priced hotel in the city centre and close to the bus station for a few nights any longer and space may be an issue. We had a basic double room, the bed was comfortable but it had limited space around it which we didnt mind as we weren't staying long. The check in  was quick and the staff was chatty and pleasant. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Central location less than 5 mins from Europa Bus terminal which has easy access to airports and ferry ports. TV and WiFi included which isn’t the norm with Easy hotel. Staff polite and helpful without being intrusive and fulfilled my request for a quiet room for which I was very grateful. Room perfect for one person, maybe a bit small for two though. Coffee shop next door does simple breakfast for £5

As a solo female traveler, I am so glad I booked this hotel! It was right smack dab in the middle of the city, I walked everywhere except places further out of the city (then just Ubered which was pretty affordable). Never once felt unsafe. Everything you’d need is a couple minute walk away. The room itself was just fine for me. I don’t need a lot of extras, but the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom hadn’t been wiped down very well when I had arrived, but everything else was fine, it wasn’t a big deal because I had sanitizer wipes with me. The blonde lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) working the front was so helpful and kind! Made for a welcoming experience. One of the late night security guards wasn’t as friendly, but the younger guy the next night working late was very kind and helpful. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and I would absolutely stay again! I can see if you are with other people, the bathroom situation with no real privacy would be awkward, but for me it was fine. Location was perfect.

Perfect for my needs as a solo traveler!

Loved the location. Very central to intercity public transportation hubs as well as entertainment quarters. Very clean. Helpful staff. Modern, compact rooms but still comfortable- definitely a minor point given the other benefits (location, value, modern). Music from nearby bars can be faintly overheard from some rooms but we slept soundly without interruption.
