Great affordable option for flight layovers to have a clean space to store luggage and stretch out for a comfortable rest while waiting for next flight. Very clean.

If you arrive very late or have a long layover, this place really works. The "cabins" are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and showers were also very clean.

Perfect place to sleep after arriving late from overseas. The place was clean and convenient.

comfortable capsule hotel inside bali international airport , esp. great if you are arriving late to airport or need to leave early for your flight. The capsule itself is good enough for sleeping but if you like to re-arrange your luggage and need more space, hotel itself has lots of space for it. Towel & toothbrush is also provided. I like the capsule itself having nice lighting

Everythinf was clean and well maintained. Showers were great too

Excellent place to stay if your plane comes in overnight. I was able to sleep and take a shower in peace before departing the airport in the morning when it was safer. Staff was kind and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great budget option if you have a late night flight. The capsule is small but adequate for small people. I didn’t realise that there was a locker with towel and toothbrush with paste in addition to the capsule. I would have stored some of my bags there if I had realised. The blanket provided is a bit scratchy but I was able to use my sarong underneath it. I slept well and it was quiet.

Digital hotels are a relatively recent concept & this was my 2nd stay in one, albeit in a different country & especially suit travellers who may be looking for a few hours rest/sleep plus the opportunity to take a shower for those between flights for exampleThe Bali Passgo Hotel is located within the airport with proximity to shops, many eating options & offers inexpensive rates, the compromise being that the cubicles are relatively small, but functional & equipped with lighting & aircon controlsA locker is provided to avoid cluttering one's cubicle, all in all an attractive, practical & inexpensive package, try it but don't expect the Ritz! This “hotel” is on the second floor. As you exit the arrival haul there are two elevators to your left. Go to the second floor and Passgo is right there. Very convenient. They have lockers or will store your bags in their back room. Staff was friendly and efficient. All felt very secure. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. I arrived late and didn’t want to hassle with late night transportation. It was perfect.

nice capsule hotel for a comfortable sleep

This hostel is perfect for a late night arrival or long layover. The beds and capsule are comfortable, it’s very clean, the bathrooms are great, big locker, staff was nice. The only negative comment I would make is that they should have a water dispenser instead of giving out plastic bottles of water.

Such a good idea, every airport should have one of these so handy if you are arriving at night like I did. My friend flew in the next day and I just hopped out of bed and met her at arrivals. Staff were really friendly and it felt super safe for a solo female traveler like myself. The pods themselves were very private, clean and modern.

Pod clean, usb did not work to charge, not as quiet as we would have liked. Could hear others getting into pod, snoring, coughing. Temp control didn’t seem to work, but temp was ok if a little warm. Very convenient location before or after flight. Warm shower

PassGo is ideally located in the airport, ao you don't need to leave.  I stayed 8 hours having arried very late at night. The pods are a good size, internet, pod facilities and the bathroom are all good

Perfect stopover for late arrivals

Great if you’ve just had a flight or are getting a flight as it’s in the airport. Capsules were clean unfortunately I paid extra for pod with tv and it didn’t work. Bathrooms were quite dirty and no toilet roll
