We were backpacking to Surabaya so we tried to look for somewhere cheap. A friend told us that in Dukuh Kupang area, there are a lot of guest houses and cheap hotels I could find. Farila was my first choice because its reviews and nice pictures taken inside. After we arrived at around 10 AM, although it wasn't check-in time yet, the staff kindly help us to prepare the room and allow us to put our bags inside our room so we can get some meals first. The room was clean, the interior were minimalist and comforting. The only thing I have to complain about is that the tv wasn't fully working, and the bathroom walls wasn't as clean as other parts of the room. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and weren't boring.
