Hotel staff and all things was good. Nice service and good food also. Room was clean and fresh and surrounding area was also beautiful. Staff was also helpful. 
budgeted hotel. they gave daily room service. also there was hot water arrangement.

Hotel was booked by our travel agent. Room is nice and clean. Food served was good. Stayed for two nights. No issue found. Some renovation was also going on last week when we were there.
If you are a shopping type of guy, this is not for you. It is 6km before shimla when coming from Delhi. There are two general stores available nearby for any purchases.
Overall fantastic experience.

This Is great Place to stay With in your Budget 
Staff is very Co-operative. Good thing about the hotel is its next to road so you Don't have to walk a lot. Most of hotel in shimla you have to walk.
Parking is available. The owner is very co-operativea  always ready to help you.
Food Quility is good.

Staff attitude and rooms cleanliness

We reached this hotel around 1020 pm on 26 October. We booked this hotel on direct basis and upon check-in at hotel we found that there was no water in the wash room. After complaining several times we had to use mineral water from the hotel. The next day when informed the hotel the same thing. The hotel ignored it and one staff from the hotel seemed rude and tried to attack one of our friend and later we gave full payment and the hotel did not give a bill for the same. The Worst behavior of staff.

Worst behaviour of hotel staff

I visited this hotel in May 2018 for 2 Rooms for 1N. They provided 1 family room like train coach. Bathrooms are dirty , no privacy in room , wooden compartment between two rooms.
Food is not at all eatable.Staff is not good, bad service.

The service is pathetic. If your travellar book this hotel, please insist to change, otherwise you are going to get a tragic experience with the staff and service.


BAD Hotel , Not recommended

The day before we reach hotel, there was a heavy rain (they claim it). When we reach hotel, it is like all over the water in hotel room. We have informed them well in advance that we are reaching hotel by 2 hours, but still they did not change the bedsheets, dustbin is full thrash and room is smelling worst. Literally we have been asked to wait for 3 hours outside of the room to get it ready. As soon as we get into the room, the water is coming out of the floor and you imagine your foot is pierced in water inside hotel room. No telephone facility, TV does not work, they tried to repair almost 3 hours but no luck. The service is pathetic. If your travellar book this hotel, please insist to change, otherwise you are going to get a tragic experience with the staff and service.

I have been to Shimla and Manali from traveller Makemygoodtour.com. You are like in hell during the stay in hotel

Very average Indian tourist hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to Western tourists. I had to move rooms at 9pm as the shower didn't work and the bed was full of long black women's hair. Disgusting. What a pity it's not cleaned between
guests as my room had a nice view and balcony.

Third class hotel or you can say it's a third class Oyo rooms

Staff was very rude and unprofessional... I think sab sa Jayda staff ko training ki jarurat hai...owner ko staff training ma and staff attitude ma focus karna chahiye....

They changed our hotel without our consent & forced us to checked out the rooms on next day eventhough we had two days advance booking with full payment. Management lies several times. Be aleart this hotel may vanish your day for their little earning opportunity.
