Aahana Resort - Jim Corbett

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aahana. The hotel is an oasis bordering the Corbett Tiger Reserve, with beautiful grounds, pool, nature walks, and lovely restaurant. The rooms are spread out through the property adding to the feeling of peace and quiet in nature. We were in the Ranger Suite, which has a spacious bedroom, bathroom and sitting area, with a balcony facing the Corbet Reserve. It was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of storage, charging stations, filtered water and complementary coffee, tea, creamer, sugar etc. We also had small jars of cookies and indian savory snacks in the room. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which were generous and delicious. There was also local live music at the poolside and in the restaurant when we were there. They seem to strive to incorporate local culture and community in a nature based setting. Above all, the hotel team were always helpful, attentive and friendly. Aahana also booked safaris for us at Corbett Tiger Reserve and we had wonderful tiger sightings along with elephants, various antelopes and amazing birds. Aahana is separated by a fence from the Bijrani zone of the park and convenient for safaris. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!
