Mrs Irina was the kindest and most attentive host ever! You absolutely cannot beat the location of Dimitra Pension, it is PERFECT. Tucked into a quiet area, but close to everything!! She even recommended a beach I had not heard of before and we went and it was GORGEOUS!!

A great place to stay, the accommodation is well-located, very clean and located in a street as quiet as can get in busy Mykonos. (Earplugs still useful for light sleepers). Great communication with the owner, who was facilitating with check-in and check-out times. Shower is quite small, but in a good state. Recommended.

Loved! Perfect for my solo trip:) Check-in/check-out was a little confusing but once figured out everything was perfect!The owner is the sweetest lady ever— I would definitely stay here again- rooms were clean, service was amazing, and it was in an amazing location!

Amazing location and very clean. Not sure about what the other reviews are about as Irini and the housekeeper were fantastic. We normally stay in more expensive places but given that it was a girls trip it was fine for what we needed. The only thing would be the noise as it’s near bars but we slept fine most nights and we would come back again for sure.

The host of this hotel was so helpful. She advised me what transport to get to find the hotel and she greeted me. Very welcoming and helpful. She took me to the room and gave me a great map. The room is so clean and fresh. It has fridge, bathroom, tv, aircon and wifi. You can walk to everything within minutes! The cleaner kept my bag safe so I could spend the day not carrying it around before my flight :-)

This is a quaint pension in the top section of the old port. 2 mins from the bus terminal, 1 min from grocery store and several restaurants very close by.

This is first rate budget accommodation.  The room is Spartan but clean and the bathroom is very good.  Location is wonderful and you will be in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops, bars etc.  Close to the old port and a doable walk to the airport bus.

There is noise at night but Mykonos is a party island, so if you like peace and quiet you're on the wrong island.

Amazing location and host

Convenient location and very lovely host

We wanted to be in town and this pension looked very quaint!  It is a small room and bathroom, but very clean and has air conditioning. The bathroom is small and no curtain on the shower so be careful where you stack your clothes. The host is a wonderful lady who gave us many tips of places on the island. This place is very close to the Fabrika bus terminal, surrounded by eateries and near the supermarket. It has a small fridge, but no kettle/coffee supplies.

Quaint little budget pension - wonderful host

The apartment by itself is nice,  cozy, but quite small. We stayed in room nuber 11, snd what I didn't like was that every evening until late night someone was sitting outside and tslking really loud, so it was not possible to sleep with the window open. Also, there was 1 wardrobe wigh around 10 hangers, and it had only 1 shelf. Not really enough space to keep your clothing,  lingerie,  etc.Bathroom as usual in Greece - open space, so after shower everything around is wet, all floor flooded.But lady who was cleaning,  provided excellent service,  every day room was cleaned,  and towels changed every day too.Was quite difficult to find the apartment.

It was very nice to stay at this part of the island, as there was local shop with good prices, coffee shop at short distance, bus stop and fairly quite small beach in 5-10min walk. Very clean place with daily care. Irini was very helpful as well. The only thing I probably missed was a kettle, but there were all other options for hot drink from local suppliers.

Convenient location

We spent 3 nights in Dimitra pension in June. The location is in the city centre, in less than 2 minutes walk you get to the old port and to fabrica which is where all buses depart to all the main attractions in Mykonos. The cleaning lady always kind and same was the owner who warmly  welcomed us on our first day.

A pleasant stay at a fair price

We went last Sunday to Mykonos in this cute little Pension. On expedia page actually the house is red, but its white and grey. So search for white and grey. Its very near from fabrica bus station and mykonos centre. In october the streets are very quite there. Probably on august you will sleep less because of the party people. We had a little problem with our room nr. 8 because it was near of a heating boiler or water system. That was very noisy and we couldnt sleep at the first night. We asked the owner if we could change the room. We got a new room upstairs but only for one night. That was okay, because we only stayd 3 nights. I recommend you to book a room upstairs and not the Number 8. Because I don't know if they will fix it or if its normal. The owner was very friendly and funny. The bathroom a bit small. I never knew where i can put my new changing clothes because the shower is near to the toilet and it gets wet if you leave them there. Room very clean. 

Quiet but only upstars(October) 

The owner was very nice and helpful, she took time out of her day to help us out! Very clean rooms and the cleaning lady was very kind, she gave us fresh sheets and towels everyday and tidied up the room. We were in a great location, 1 minute from the bus station, 2 minutes from the windmills, and basically downtown Mykonos. 5 minute walk to the old port gave us the option of taking the seabus (2 euros) to the new port for our ferry, Overall great experience, little worried about the comforters having bed bugs (saw some things crawling around) so I suggest you keep them in the cupboards instead of taking them out as we did!
