The owners and staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The apartment was very clean with all necessary equipment and many little extras that were appreciated. The apartment was regular cleaned with fresh towels and this was never intrusive. 
The 15 metre pool was very clean.
There was a pool bar and cafe. We enjoyed the weekly BBQ which was one of the best meals we experienced on Kos. 
And when it says close to the beach our apartment was about 50 metres from the beach. 
We had a fabulous stay and the quality of the service was 5 star!

I was apprehensive about visiting Greece for the 1st time, but the lovely greeting at the airport from the host allayed my concerns. The Airbnb apartment is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well planned with lots of lovely touches & plenty of storage. Spotless & cleaned every day, lots of fresh towels & bedding changed regularly. Beds we really comfortable & slept very well. Lovely views as well on one side mountains the other the sea & in a very peaceful location. The pool was really nice & you could get in the pool straight away as not icy cold; the temperature was perfect. The pool bar was a lovely place to sit & relax, good choice of food & drinks. Lots of good restaurants locally & the beach is a 2-minute walk away. There is a bus stop very close by so you can get out & about. Lastly all the staff are so lovely & couldn’t do enough for you., this made our holiday even more special. Only downside was we had to come home. Thanks for a great time & we will be back.

Clean rooms, nice and relax  place, close to many restaurants at the sea side. A little Far away from the downtown but  if you want to be closer to the airport an vicinity is excellent, I liked very much

I was with a friend for one week on vaccation.
The apartments are spacious and cozzy.
The pool was very clean and lange size. 
Not far from the center and directly at the beach. 
You can rent bicyrcles, scooter or car directly at the reception for fair prices.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
We will come again.

Great Holiday Apartment

Excelente place

My wife prebooked  a room for a month got in at 530 in morning. The room had mold in it. The manager refused to turn airconditioning on. We even offered to pay extra 5 euro per day for airconditining. The police got us another nice hotel in kos and our money back. The manager was not nice so we walked to police station and the tourist police had to go to the hotel and bring the manager to police station as she refused to come when they asked her to. We were told the pool was not included in room price.
