Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel

I booked this hotel to attend an event at La Defense Arena. It couldn't have been better located. We basically fell out of our hotel door, straight into the arena queue. Magnifique. The hotel is chic and well furbished. Clean, tidy, all the staff have been very good to us and communicated well. I have tried my best to do it in French, but they have saved me with English when necessary. The room was equipped as you would expect don't really need to go into it, as we got everything required. We were given the top floor, 9, but there were an abundance of lifts and getting one was always extremely easy. I suppose the checking in process could have been quicker, but some things have to be done, so no big deal. On the lower floor with reception is a self service shop for snacks and drinks. Very trusting, but very convenient. Breakfast was continental, but plentiful. Really enjoyed it, the coffee was nice too, which is a bonus. A lot of hotels have rubbish coffee. Very unlikely to come back to the arena, but if I do, I am coming back to this hotel. Merci beaucoup.
