Booked three 5-6 person rooms for a stag do and it was perfect. Clean rooms, clean sheets, clean towels, clean bathrooms - really can't complain for what worked out as £20 a head per night. Right in the middle of town and just where you would place a perfectly located hotel. Only thing - no shampoo in the showers, but I suppose for that price what did I expect?!
