Great experience, the guy at the reception (Yevhen) was very kind and professional. He could immediately solve the problem with the room, gave us welcome drink and explained everything. We travel a lot and know that this approach is not a matter of course. Thanks a lot.

We were welcomed with drinks and the wait time was little. I woild recomend it for familiys and couples who want to have a quiet place to recover

Really nice hotel, in a quiet location. Really enjoyable time in prague and the hotel was perfect, I don’t have a single bad one to say about it. The staff were extremely helpful at all times, especially Phillip, who was very helpful and kind. The restaurant was also very nice too.

I was very happy I found this hotel. I enjoyed our stay here greatly. The staff is friendly and professional, the location very quiet, just on the outskirts of the city but with good connections (public transport or own vehicle) to Prague. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, the building itself is very interesting and monumental. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows.

What a wonderful hotel. I booked this place by accident but I was still happy to be here. 

First off the rooms are lovely and cozy and beds comfortable. The food service here was also top notch. This was a wonderful place for a good meal. 

Lastly Yevhen was extremely helpful in getting me alternative lodging closer to city center.  He went above and beyond. I appreciate him.

Great stay, staff very helpful especially Dmytro! Enjoyed walking the surrounding grounds and gardens, quiet and peaceful. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices and variety. Was easy to order taxi to and from city centre.

Lovely hotel . Welcome drink and small tapas on arrival was complementary and appreciated after a long drive. Dinner tonight was excellent - mushrooms and quail egg soup and pulled pork burger. My wife had the goats cheese salad and then chicken risotto. Wine advice was appropriate and good and waiter service attentive but not intrusive. 
We have been before , was good, but is  better now especially in the restaurant.

We are on a trip and we have stayed a night in this lovely place. We had a nice dinner with excellent service by Viktor and Yevhen.
We are definitely coming back soon!

it was well worth the bus trip to get to the city centre to stay out here! beautiful chateau and surrounds and great food. staff were excellent. special thanks to Vaña and Miloñ. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed one night in room 103. The deluxe room was nothing special and they forgot the welcome gift they had promised.
A major problem is that you can hear everything that is going on in the rooms next to you.
The four stars are for a wonderful breakfast with super and friendly service

Not just a good hotel but a wonderful place.

Our stay in the Castle Hotel Pytloun in Ctěnice was overall perfect. Especially Yevhen but also the rest of the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. The served food (both breakfast and dinner) was delicious!

The rooms could be a bit bigger, but that was okay. 

The hotel is located outside Prague in the countryside. However, it is well connected with the city center by bus and the Letňany metro station.

Everything was more than excellent.  Friendly staff, very good breakfast with a large selection of various foods so that if you are there for several days, you will not get bored, as can happen in some other hotels when the breakfast gets boring after 2 mornings.  The castle and the entire complex seem to have been recently renovated, so everything is still technically ok.  The surroundings, the interior and the rooms are very clean and tidy.  We stayed in the hotel during very cold weather, but it was very cozy and warm inside.  We really did not find any particular complaints regarding the price-quality ratio.  Recommendations for this hotel, especially if you come by car.  Parking is also ok and free
