I am returning customer, has been returning to stay here for more than 8 years already. The location is great as it is right at the start of the walking street from the ferry point. Front desk service is ok slightly above average, but this hotel do not have a bellboy service the security guard act as one but not very helpful. The non window room is abit dark but their room with view are great on the 7th floor with a small balcony overlooking the Gulangyu.
