I planned this stay around 6 months ago and hoping to utilize my BonVoy suite night rewards (consist of 2 nights) during this trip. However , hotel chat bot was unable to confirm my suite night reward even one day before my arrival. I requested the hotel front desk manager name / hotel feedback contact so I can get in touch with the person in charge as I really hope to use my suite night rewards and enjoy my 2 days stay in my home town Hong Kong. Unfortunately my first night was confirmed by the front desk manager Andy that all suite rooms were fully booked and he was only able to offer me a bigger sea view room to compensate my unfulfilled request. Andy was very friendly and also explained the situation with me in detail and also offered me that the second night can be secured a suite room to fulfill one of my suite night reward request. The overall experience was good , they tried their very best to offer members the best rooms and they also offered drinks coupons for happy hour. The suite at the hotel was super nice , amazing sea view , hotel happy hour was great , breakfast had a good range of selection. I liked the gym and swimming pool area . Need to come back again . Thank you Andy and team!
