Hostal Guanaco Blanco

My wife and I spent two nights at Guanaco Blanco and let me start by saying Pamela the owner and her daughter were amazing, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend this hostel. 

This is an amazing hostel to stay in. Pamela is just the cutest hostel owner you could ever meet,she went above and beyond for us and booked all of our tours, buses and camping at Paine Grande. She was a great sourse of information when he bombarded her with questions,but mostly she made us feel so at home in house,we stayed over a week here and loved it so so much.

Pamela is a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to be welcomed by her at Guanaco Blanco! The hostal has a warm feel, it is neatly and accurately furnished, bathrooms and kitchen are well equipped and I have particularly loved the berry bushes in the back garden. Pamela is absolutely helpful in giving advice about where to find good places to eat and have a coffee and every facility that you may need during your stay in Puerto Natales. And she is always keen on having a friendly chat over a great breakfast. Definitely recommended to stay here!

The hostel is really cosy and clean;  Pamela helped us a lot to organise our trip to Torres del Paine and she is really nice! We stayed in a 4 people room (one double bed + 2 bunk beds) with private bathroom and could use as well the shared bathrooms outside the room when we all wanted to have a shower at the same time. There is a convenience store quite close. The city center is walking distance. 

I stayed here before and after the W trek and they stored my luggage during the trek. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with your own heater. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of hot water. Just a 5min walk to the bus station, quiet location and close to some great dinner options. I have limited spanish and the host had limited english but she was very welcoming. I highly recommend this hostel.
