We have stayed at this Rydges two years ago and found it ideally located in Sydney. The rooms are nice and reasonably spacious, and housekeeping is generally good. We didn't have breakfast included this time and that proved expensive. Kaz's Cafe two doors up in Pitt St was good value if you don't want the full buffet. The hotel is still favoured by aircrews, so breakfast can be hectic. Staff are always nice. Only 2 lifts were working while we visited, but the staff seemed unaware and there were conferences at the time. Made for lengthy waits sometimes.
