I loved this little place, it felt like a little apartment. It was super convenient we walked to everything. The only downfall I found was the darkness and noise, I wish the curtains were darker because it was harder to sleep with light curtains. Also I know the noise is hard to control but we could hear everything that was happening outside.

We booked super last minute and was hesitant on booking somewhere without a front desk, however still had no trouble getting access codes for when we arrived and check-in was seamless. Plenty of parking and great location. We only stayed one night, but kitchen would make this a great location if staying for a few days. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stunning spot. Love it and wonderful restaurants nearby.

Just as advertised!  Loft was cute & clean!  Would book again if in the area!

Great alternative to your regular hotel stay, basically a studio apartment for the cost of (and cheaper than some) of the regular chains in town! Loved the self check-in and decor! Will be staying here again.

Very nice property, beautifully decorated.  Modern with all the updates and loved the exposed brick.The only cons is that it's somewhat noisy (street noise) and the combo washer-dryer held our clothes hostage (wouldn't open/unlock until about 45 minutes after it was done)  :)  But apart from that, very good stay and nicely appointed room!

It was a pleasure to stay at Maison Evangeline. Good location for checking out downtown. Clean room, quiet building and secure entry. Service was excellent. Prompt and generous replenishments to coffee and creamer are provided upon request.My suite was on the small side, but functional and had an excellent shower. The mattress and coffee machine could benefit from an update, but everything was very clean and in working condition. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Loved the layout of the unit and the location.  Parking was conveniently located at the rear with interior access from the building to the main street.  It was a bit noisy due to the traffic but it quieted down later at night.  The stovetop was modern but needed operating instructions and I was not able to get the stove fan to work.  The unit could benefit from salt & pepper as well as kleenex.  Blackout drapes or blinds are an absolute must have.  Due to the street lights in the front of our unit, it was extremely difficult to sleep at night.  I improvised and slept with a dark washcloth over my eyes.

I was looking for a last-minute stay in Moncton and I decided to try this location based on the price and rating. The room was small, yet very well appointed and laid out. It felt more like a European studio than a hotel room with a full suite of appliances and upscale amenities. I would happily stay here again.

Hands down one of the BEST room’s I’ve ever gotten, and i go out tons. Price was fair for all the utilities and parking included. You have bars and restaurants all near you, walking distance. Very quiet area which is amazing. Would definitely and will definitely go back soon! Thanks for a great stay.

Very cool place to stay.  Centrally located in what used to be a newspaper office.  I stayed in the studio which is very small and really only meant for one person.  Everything you need is provided, the bed was comfortable and it was extremely clean.  Whoever did the layout for this unit did an amazing job - so functional.  I will be looking out for more properties by this owner.  Very well done!!

Very cool loft style accommdations. Tastefully decorated with modern appliances, fixtures, colors, and textures. A few minor details though... Towel rack and toilet seat both were broken and simply set in place to look ok. Some black-out shades are needed on the windows our room looked directly onto the street and the street lights were very bright through the night. Small kitchen was perfect. Wifi and TV were great. Check in and check out was completely easy and automated.

It was a great location if you’re looking to stay downtown. It was across from a police station, the cops were nonstop and it was really loud, so you’re looking for a quiet place it’s something to be aware of. It was also a long weekend when we stayed so that may have made them a bit busier. Also, the unit above us had a very loud kid that was constantly running back and forth. Outside of that, the place was extremely clean and we enjoyed staying there. The bed was comfortable and it was a really nice.  We will definitely stay there again.
