The room and hotel was great. Modern, clean etc. However the breakfast was disappointing. Not much of a selection. You used to get hot bacon, eggs, pancakes etc.. but now you get a cold omelette, some type of sausage and cold potato wedges. Don’t stay there for the food.

All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is on a great location close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Quick check in. Good condition. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Otherwise stay was fine.

Checkin and out easy very clean, only complaint is that they didnt have a hot tub but the pool was really big.

Very clean. Breakfast was elevated. Have already recommended to others.

A little isolated from cafes or dining options but convenient for visiting family near by.

Ample parking spots available. Great dining options around with iHop close by and Mcdonalds next door. Quiet area but also close to the highway for easy transportation options. Gym was a decent size with enough equiptment to use. Staff are friendly upon checking in, check out was easy with dropping a key off in a bin. Breakfast options were great with choices of hot and cold foods. Lots of sitting options and also great to have hot drinks available throughout the day to have. Overall great location and would stay again.

The hotel was lovely, clean. Comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Great choices for the buffet breakfast.The only downside: every night, in the middle of the night, the bright red light on the phone would start flashing! Finally, on the last night, we unplugged the phone because no one seemed to be able to fix the problem!

Liked: Hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms and breakfast area; comfy beds and bedding; warm breakfast; convenient parking close to entrance.Didn't like: Having to walk on cold tile to get to the bathroom in the night (worked around by laying down towels); disposable dishes and cutlery for breakfast; limited food choices for breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful and super confortable. Check in and out was smooth, staff was all very nice and eager to help. The room as spacious and clean, bathroom was lovely and shower pressure was amazing. The gym was small but very well equipped, the pool was clean and water was super warm. Breakfast was good, the waffles were my favourite. Definitely recommend the hotel if you are staying in the area.

Our two-night stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant.  It was very clean and well maintained.  If there was anything that would have taken it ‘over the top’, it would have been a more friendly staff!  The young man on the registration desk on the evening we registered, about 8:30 pm on Sunday, October 20, was charming, friendly, courteous and interested in our drive from Cambridge.  That was the first and last time we saw or heard from a friendly face!  The front desk staff just ignored everyone who passed by (often the front desk was NOT staffed) as well as anyone else we encountered in the hotel.  I know that time is money to a business, but we would try another local hotel before returning to the Hampton…..even though we were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness.  A smile or a quick hi should be automatic in the hospitality industry.

Uninterested staff……

It's so nice after a long day of driving to be able to pull off of the 401 and be able to find your hotel quickly.  The only negative item is the driveway off of Bell Blvd. It is dark and poorly marked making it extremely difficult to see, especially at night.  I'm afraid someone is going to drive into those 2 large boulders that mark the entrance.  I realize that at this time, the west end of Bell Blvd. has no street lights which may improve as the area is developed. Otherwise my husband and I will return again in the future for another great stay.  Keep up the good work!  Thank you.  :)

Has a nice continental breakfast.  MacDonald and gas station are next to it as well as near on ramp to highway 401.   Driving distance to several restaurants and the Donini Chocolate factory.  Can drive to numerous Prince Edward county wineries within 25 min to 1/2 hour as well as Sandbank park and Picton main street.

Nice hotel with good accommodations. Breakfast was also nice and change a little bit every day we were here. However, I can’t believe a newer hotel did not have a fan in the bathroom. Also, the office chair in the room was really not comfortable (slight lean toward the front and really hard seating). Apart from that, a good hotel overall.
