Our stay here was not what we were expecting but we blame the Stayz advertisement for the confusion.
We booked what we thought was a 3 bedroom house for 3 women for $300 for one night. When we arrived there was one room booked for all three of us to share. The other two rooms were being utilised by two guys (longer term boarders) that we were expected to share the house with. 
The host Loretta was lovely and tried hard to resolve the matter by cleaning out a 4th bedroom for us. However charging $300 AUD for 3 adults to share one room (a double bed and a single bed) in what is essentially a residential/suburban house with other boarders (sharing a fairly small living space/lounge area) is not good value for money. In comparison a 5 bedroom house (where our friends stayed nearby) was rented for $500 AUD and they had this large modern house to themselves.

In my opinion this house should be advertised on AirBnB only and not Stayz. 

If you are happy to share somebody’s home with them, are travelling solo and looking to meet other people, are looking for a longer term stay and the cost/value doesn’t bother you then this place could work. If not I’d recommend checking prior to booking to avoid disappointment. 

There is no tennis court at the property (it is in a nearby park) and there was a dog living at the property which we didn’t mind but probably should be mentioned to people staying there when booking.

This property had little in the way of reviews. It has previously been advertised on Booking dot com but is no longer.  
(Link to this site and previous reviews has been removed to meet TA requirements) This site allows for selecting your room configuration and provides instant confirmation.  I will be steering clear of Stayz in future and using other websites that have this functionality in future.
