Have no complaints about this hotel, it was very clean, everywhere even at the busiest times . Toilets were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. The children's pool was particularly good and a constant source of entertainment. There were several life guards around the pool and the beach area. There were activities every day provided by the onsight entertainment team who work tirelessly throughout the day and the evening. Management personally seek peoples opinion and ask for ways to improve 👌 This our first time in Egypt it won't be the last I will definitely return to this hotel
