Sapa Backpacker Hostel

Very enjoyable stay. With nice views when Mother Nature lets you.  For me this a great place to stay. Nice comfortable bed and cozy bed spread. Big window and nice balcony to look at the view from. Bathroom was small but the best shower I have had this trip. The staff are so kind and friendly ready to help when ever they can. I could easily come back again.- No lift and to get the best views you need to be up at least 5th floor. But that nothing really.

Provided basic room with teeth brush and shower gel, but the bed sheet had small holes and towel had hole too.  No heater, only electric blanket under the bed sheet.  No elevator, but owner helped to move suitcase to u floor.

For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine.

located in a quiet street of the center, near restaurants and shops. The room with view was really correct but the last night we were in a very little room with view on a wall (for the same price!) and little bathroom not sufficiently separated from the room. Don't accept this room!
Hotel really noisy, people speak and yell from one floor to another, including the hotel staff. Rooms not soundproof and people speak strongly since 6 am.
Clothes given to the laundry service were returned just washed (if washed...), and the second bag of laundry wasn't washed : the girl just explained "I've not have time"... bad luck!
Staff very polite but not really helpfull. Closed from 11pm, not easy to nightlife.

well located hotel but noisy and not the best service

We stayed here 2 nights in a private room. The hostel was great location just back from the main street so was quiet but easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The lady in charge was very helpful and kind and rented us scooters to visit the surrounding area. She also helped us book our bus back to hanoi for a very good price. The room was very basic but clean. The main problem was the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. We got around this by asking for extra duvets to lie ontop of which made it slightly more comfortable. Even so we had a great trip in sapa.

Good location average hostel

We stayed here 1 night in the standard room. Location is great (1 minute walk from the main street). But the staff was uninterested and not very welcoming. The room was okay, with mosquito net over the bed! The bathroom on the other hand was very small and dirty (hair in the drain, dead bugs in the sink, not enough toilet paper for 1 day...)
Also, the building is very very very noisy! I could understand entire conversations going on in the next room. Ear plugs needed here!!
Overall one of the cheapest places in Sa Pa if you want a private room, but it's very basic.

Very basic but rather cheap

If you need a simple room for a good price, while still getting all that you need including clean and comfotable rooms and bathroom - this will defenitly do.
Very basic, but it is a good place to stay in Sapa on a budget.

Good basic hotel

The bed in dormitory is cheap but for the price you only have one bed, nothing else. It seems that this hostel is being abandoned, there was no water in the bathroom and it was difficult to find someone at the reception. Only in case of emergency if everything is full in the neighborood.
