820 reviewsThe best customer service. Even before we got to Hanoi, we would contact them via whatsapp to ask questions and book services. They would reply to us even if its after office hours in Vietnam. We booked airport pickup service for a red eye flight and paid at the hotel. Every morning the staff is there to greet you at the lobby and to ask what plans you have for the day so that they can advise you and answer any questions. Even the kitchen and dining staff were so hospitable and would ask us if we liked the food. We had a late night sleeper bus booking, and even after we checked out, they provided us an area to rest and a shower room and towels to freshen up. Overall, a very good experience.
