I've stayed here several times. The staff has always been great, this time was just as good. You can tell that they really like working here. I can't say that I've never had an issue but I can say that every issue I've had has been listened to and acted upon straight away with very satisfactory results. I enjoy a hostel environment. I like meeting others in their travels. This is the best hostel in Anchorage in my opinion... and I've stayed in three others. They don't compare well due to their locations, atmosphere and facilities... The Bent Prop is the best.
