My stay was great and the staff was very helpful. I got there and was welcomed by a very wonderful lady who checked me in with a smile on her face the whole time. I later came down at around 1am because I couldn’t sleep and the reception that was there was more than happy to keep me company.

Welcomed on arrival, restaurant times explained and I was booked in to ensure I had a reservation (late arrival).
Room was very comfortable and quiet.
Food was very good, delivered to the table in good time and you can't go wrong with an all you can eat breakfast!

Really pleasant staff, and excellently places just a stones throw from the A303.
Restaurant staff are nice, although the decor lacks slightly.
Free parking which is always a bonus, and not far to travel into Andover Town Centre.
Will definitely be returning later in the year!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The new bar manager Chris was incredibly friendly and efficient at resolving a small issue with our dinner on the second night and made sure we had a great service all through our stay. 

Good stay for leisure with family. it is clean and safe. Breakfast also good value as kid eats free. The only issue is the hotel doesn’t have electric vehicles charger as we need one after long travel. 

A very simple, clean and very comfortable hotel ,for my family, we had 4 rooms because we were attending a funeral .We were all very satisfied with our rooms and the service at the hotel is very friendly I would stay again 

STAFF at the Premier 
I was very impressed with the how helpfull the staff all are. Teresa on reception was so helpful kind and considerate to all out needs. Helping out. Giving us local information to where the best places to go. And
Hailey and (( forgive me ) a younger lady with her) were so very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The best experience I have had for a long time.

Staff were cheerful, happy and helpful, whether it was our arrival at gone 11pm on Christmas eve or going to breakfast at Brewer Fayre early on Christmas Day and Boxing day. Immaculate and comfortable room. Faultless continental breakfast at Brewers Fayre.  If I have to find any faults, the water on the morning of 27th Dec wasn't hot enough for showers, and we had to ask for replacement  mugs, coffee tea etc., in our room on Boxing day - and they were supplied immediately and without question

Ellen and small Jess were the kind and friendly faces at reception when we came in shaken up after a scary breakdown that had left us stranded for 4 hours in a dark layby we finally took the decision to save ourselves and almost crashed into another careless driver on the way, before we reached the hotel.

They went above and beyond to assist us and to organise our room and the things we needed quickly at short notice. I cannot thank them enough for their exceedingly kind and professional help. 

Thank you so much both of you for everything you did for us when our luck had run out.

Premier inn as the name states. A quality feel hotel at a good price. Always a good night's sleep so much do that a few years ago we bought one of the beds. Highly recommended if you want to feel luxury and comfort at an affordable price.

Stayed here for 1 night over Easter.The room was actually what you expect for a premier inn.Also we had the breakfast on the day we was checking out.I must say,i really enjoyed it,especially the hash browns and the sausages.The only slight negative was we couldnt get parked outside the hotel,had to park around the corner,but not a big problem

Does what it says on the tin

Visited this hotel with my wife on a Sunday night whilst visiting family. We had for the first time booked a Premier Plus room which we found very clean. It had a mini fridge which we found useful, fast broadband access and direct hdmi access to the TV so I could play Netflix via a lead from my Tablet. The major disappointment was the lack of a walk in shower which the adverts for Premier Plus rooms claim they have. It only had a standard Premier Inn bath with shower over. As a person getting on in years I would have much preferred a walk in shower. I took this matter up reception who stated none of the rooms have walk in showers. 
Although the room had air conditioning we could not set it below 19c and found it a bit warm. In the morning the tempurature of the shower varied, I reported this and reception said it would be looked into. We would stay again as clean and convenient for our needs. 

Pleasant stay 

Stayed on way down to Somerset,  for one night. Room was very comfortable, warm and clean and the bathroom was spotless.  We had paid for breakfast and unfortunately, that's the negative half. The food was barely warm, toaster just made the bread warm and coffee machine not working.  The staff in the restaurant were sullen, and unfriendly and one looked like she'd just got out of bed! Restaurant not clean. 
A big shout-out for  Trish and Theresa on Reception for friendly welcome and nice bon voyage!

Hotel was typical PI you know what you get. Food and drink were well below average even by PI standards as staff were either demotivated; inexperienced, or a combination of both. I always get a meal deal and normally it is ok but the second night stay I went to McDonalds for breakfast even though I had paid for a Hotel Breakfast such was the poor experience first day 

Hotel Fine Restaurant well below average

The hotel its self is what I would expect from a Premiere inn. Comfy bed which lead to a decent nights sleep. The rooms are getting a bit tired. The restaurant was rubbish. Our party all purchased the meal deal and felt totally ripped off. A lot of the items for the evening meal were not availablle, and no baked beans for breakfast. Staff shortages meant a long wait for meals. The restaurant needs sorting out, it's a depressing place.

Grateful Beyond Words! Ellen and small Jess were the angels we needed when yesterday almost ended in disasterer! 

This is our second stay at the Premier Inn Andover. Liam was more than accommodating and made sure our stay was amazing! We will be returning soon and are thankful to Liam for booking a room for us in advance. I give Liam a 5/5 for service, friendliness, and helpfulness. He is an asset to the Premier Inn team!
