I had a lovely two nights stay here recently for a course that I was working on. The hotel is spotlessly clean and there are always staff around to ensure your every need is being met. I was a little disappointed by my room only in the fact that the lighting was so poor. For some reason the designer for this hotel decided there was no need for overhead lighting and placed only 4 lamps in the corners of the room which are not centrally connected to a switch at your bedside. Also they decided that the room need to be painted exceptionally dark for any natural sunlight (of which there was not much given the window size and my view consisted of an industrial unit opposite) to be drawn out of the room. Other than that I did really enjoy my stay here, the food was good and the staff, especially at breakfast were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay here again but personal preference I prefer a much lighter decor in my room.
