Maddi, was our server and she was very friendly, welcoming and helpful with our menu choices.  She has served us before and is always cheerful and kind.
There was a large choice of meals.  The food was very filling and as we ordered.  Great value for money.  Thank you

A great few days had in Highcliffe ... This was the best Premier Inn we have stayed in .. Very quiet and well located in the town  ... Set back from the road so no road noise .. Staff were excellent .. We will be returning .. Great area to visit too .. Loved it

Needed overnight accommodation.  Had stayed at this Premier Inn before so knew that we would receive a warm welcome (Liz on reception is lovely!) have a clean comfortable room.  Booked for breakfast - full English for me and Continental for my husband.  Good service even though it was busy.  All staff very helpful and polite.

Premier do what many other similar companies fail to achieve they simply get the basics right and provide an environment where you can get a good night sleep and value for money. 
Hotel parking spaces a bit tight for modern cars and could do with relaying out

Excellent...Reception staff Aiden and Elise were friendly, helpful and made you feel more than welcome ( they definitely deserve to be promoted soon...they go above and beyond their job description 💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ) the room itself was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area nice and peaceful

Family room was good, our children commented on how comfortable their beds were. There were extra pillows available too. 
Friendly staff and great location with free guest parking. Great base for visiting local beaches. We took a short drive along to Barton on sea which was lovely. 

Really comfortable bed and the room was very clean.  Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We did hear the fire door banging shut a lot of the time but that was because our room was right next to it.

Very impressed with visit to this Inn.  Staff friendly & helpful.  Rooms comfortable and very clean. The beds really are as comfortable as they advertise. Breakfast was very good value for money. Only downside was not being able to control the temperature from within the room.  We arrived on last day of hot spell and rooms remained cold until we left.

Brilliant stay at premier inn. It was immaculately clean. Had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and polite. Next time we are looking for hotel premier inn would be our first choice.Felt very relaxed and had a great breakfast.

Very well-positioned hotel in terms of location for the Christchurch area, but also as it is set back from a busy road so minimizing  traffic noise,  Our room no 29, was in a very quiet part of the hotel and we would ask for that particular corridor when staying there again, A good lot of parking and access to the Globe pub which is serviceable and  busy on the night we were there, and had the Champions League on a TV in a secluded alcove, with nobody watching it!
One good feature of this hotel was that when we rang to ask questions someone answered on the first ring, a true rarity on the numbers supplied on the Whitbread website.

This Premier Inn is in a great location in Highcliffe, near the beach and other great attractions.

The rooms are the usual standard PI rooms with a big comfy bed, good shower room, tea/coffee, great make up mirror and generally very well equipped and spacious.

We booked the meal deal which includes a 2 course evening meal with one drink and breakfast.  A great deal, very reasonably priced and a great choice on both the evening and breakfast menus.

There is free parking, which is a great bonus and there is no problem finding a free parking space on arrival.

We had a problem with our sink which was quickly resolved by the receptionist.  She provided a great service as did her colleague when I arrived back after dinner without my room card.

Our only gripe was that we arrived an hour early and asked if we could check in early if our room was ready.  We were told there would be an extra charge of £10 for that.  We found that bizarre considering that if our room was ready, it makes sense to space out the arrivals rather than having everyone potentially checking in at 3pm.  We declined an early check in and went to the bar instead for a drink.

Stayed for two nights room excellent, breakfast excellent . please be aware you need to register your car at the hotel when you arrive if not you will receive a parking ticket as we did, spoke to the hotel and emailed the parking company to have ticket cancelled  as we not aware we had to register the car and were not informed by the reception, big thank you to the hotel as received email today company had cancelled the parking ticket. sea front is only 5min away turn right out of the hotel cross the road by the park and just walk down the left side of the park through the alley

This is one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in. 
Plenty of free parking. Very quiet location away from the road. Super comfy bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to the sea.
Some lovely coffee shops in the high street and a superb Thai restaurant (Simlan)

Eating at the Globe Inn

Great stay rooms cleaned when asked plenty of tea coffee on hand nothing to much.
