What a fabulous find. Stewart and Emma were such a welcoming couple. Nothing was too much trouble even as far as getting smoked bacon in for me. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The pool and jacuzzi were fab. There is also a gym ( we didn't use). I'll definately book again. Thank you both so much.

We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons. We were there for 4 nights. Emma and Stewart were so welcoming, we got on so well and feel we have made a couple of new friends. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection, so delicious. We had free use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and walks around the extensive grounds. All in all just brilliant.

Friendly and helpful owners, lovely breakfast using quality ingredients. Accommodation comfortable and spacious. Well situated for visits to Botanic Gardens of Wales. The use of swimming pool and jacuzzi a bonus. Would stay there again.

Very clean spacious roomwith everything you need,swimming pool gym steam room & hot tub all on site & lovely walks in the 12 acre grounds.also breakfast was superb .

Probably one of the best places I've stayed, the owners are so friendly, breakfast was lush (order scrambled eggs, you won't be disappointed!!) and the use of the health club was lovely!

What a fabulous B&B - we were so surprised when we turned up.  You don’t get a room - you get a suite, your own sitting room, large bedroom and wet room, with a separate entrance so you can come and go as you please.  The bed was the comfiest I’ve experienced in any place I’ve ever stayed.  And the morning swim such a treat - we practically had the pool to ourselves.  Emma and Stuart were delightful and couldn’t have made us more welcome.  We will definitely be back!

We live very near the Four Seasons, and it was the first place we thought of staying when we had a problem with no water at home.  The owners were extremely accommodating, helping us out straight away, even though they had planned to stay closed for a few days.  We stayed in a lovely spacious bedroom room with en-suite wet room and separate sitting room which was a real bonus. The bed was very comfortable, with quality bed linen, and the lovely hot shower extremely welcome!  We were really happy to spend our time there in such comfortable accommodation, and are so grateful to the owners for helping us out.

What a treat!!

Lovely Bed & Breakfast

Initial reactions were slightly dampened by the fact the cafe and shop was closed, The property looked a bit tired and shabby. HOWEVER. This was a product of a post covid lockdown struggle for the owners and entirely understandable. The couple were very friendly and the accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. The cafe was open for breakfast and the food was excellent. The surrounding area was beautiful and there was ten acres of woods and fields to walk around on the ex-farm. The pool and gym were open and looked good although in reality we had no time to use these free facilities. Other people did and it was fairly popular. We fell in love with it. Great base for touring. We wish the owners well in these tough times.

Lovely four days

My husband and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons whilst attending a bronze casting workshop in the area. Having travelled from London after work on a Friday, we didn’t arrive until very late but we were still personally greeted which we appreciated greatly. When we were shown to our room I couldn’t have been more satisfied as not only was it beautifully decorated but I hadn’t expected the size of it! When we entered, there was a living area and the bedroom and en-suite were separate to it. Having just driven after a long day at work, the sofa was a welcome sight! Having been provided with fresh milk, a cup of tea and biscuit were consumed in the living room before retiring for the night. 

Following a glorious sleep, we went for breakfast in the cafe attached to the property. We were warmly received and the food was delicious and of excellent quality. The facilities on offer were fantastic and uncharacteristic for a BnB but unfortunately on this occasion, we were unable to visit the swimming pool due to our workshop. We do however intend to return in the future as the area was so beautiful and in need of exploration! I couldn’t recommend this property more highly! 

A wonderful stay

What a lovely little Gem in God’s Country, I grew up in this village and to return here was almost spiritual.Excellent pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Made this an extra special time. Carmarthen is rich in history, welsh heritage and all the top branded shops available.Plenty to do if you are active and stunning scenery if you just want to chill out.

This is our second stay in Four Seasons Bed and Breakfast. This time, we used their cafe and swimming pool facility. The food Emma makes is very tasty (loved the homemade quiche.)  They have a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and steam room! The pool is a decent size and heated. I absolutely loved them. We decided to stay there because my husband is a runner and he wanted to do Llyn Llech Owain parkrun. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car. We came back to the accommodation straight after he finished the parkrun as we have heard lots of goods comments on their breakfast and wanted to try it! (Breakfast is served until 10am). We are glad we did it. The bread was homemade and everything was tasty! The room is spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Great B&B!!

So many things we loved about our stay at Four Seasons:

The breakfasts! Don't know whether Emma's breakfasts have won awards but they could do. Ingredients so fresh and tasty. Even makes the bread herself. 

The hospitality! Stuart and Emma couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

The accommodation! So clean, spacious and comfortable.

The swimming pool! Large and just the right temperature for us.

The steam room! So relaxing after a day of walking in the beautiful Brechfa Forest.

Such good value for money! After 4 days break here my husband and I feel refreshed and ready to face our busy business life again.

Thank you Stuart and Emma! We felt thoroughly spoilt and will be back next time we need our batteries recharged :) x

Award winning breakfasts!

The welcome was exeptional, natural and not forced or contrived, they even rustled up a drink and supper for us as we had endured a mare of a journey. The location is convenient to the main road though no intrusive traffic noise.All the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. We did not use the Gym/swimming pool complex but it would have been available to us during our stay.
       Accommodation well planned/ laid out, a suite not just one bedroom as usually provided.
     Breakfast cooked to order, full range of options and delicious. Served at a sensible time, to your requirements. Booking out likewise.
   One comment though beware the Shower in the en-suite it can swop from hot to freezing at a whim, most invigerating.
    We were well satisfied with the total package and will return when the opportunity arises.
