Three adults visiting Edinburgh for 5 days, didn’t want to stay downtown as it’s expensive and can be noisy. This location was great, we took the bus into town everyday from the stop very conveniently located right across the street. The bus ran every 15 mins so we never had to wait. Grocery store is 5 mins walk, also 3 restaurants. The apartment itself was well outfitted, very clean and quiet. As another reviewer did, I would recommend supplying doorstops as the doors all fall closed and we were using shoes and dustpans to prop them open during the day. It would seem that getting the check in instructions when booking through a third party doesn’t seem to work that well as I had not received mine 48 hours before as expected. However when I contacted the property directly they were very helpful. So suggestion to anyone else booking through a third party to contact the property directly and in advance if the instructions have not been received beforehand. We would definitely stay there again, it met everything we needed.
