Room was clean and tidy 👌 Bozena did a wonderful job, plenty of toiletries and towels, 10 out of 10 would stay again. Thank you.

Just returned from visiting family.
Excellent customer service, tv stopped working but found us another room straight away even though the hotel was busy.
Staff weee very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean with all the facilities you need for a short visit.
Good parking outside the hotel.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be revisiting when we return to Bristol.

We needed a nice place to stay whilst visiting family.  I got a very good price for two nights.  Lovely comfortable warm room.  Large comfy bed and beautiful powerful shower..  Lots of parking and staff very helpful.  I would use this Premiur Inn again,  Bristol Filton.  If people want food there is no resturant so would have to eat somewhere else  Lovely quiet stay

Was really convient for an event we were attending at Bawa, exceptionally clean, comfortable. Noise levels were minimal. Food range and quality was excellent. Staff were always very friendly when anything was needed as well as acknowledging customers when they past reception. 

Stayed for 2 nights on a Saturday and Sunday.  Room clean spacious and modern . Bed very comfy . Staff were lovely and friendly.  The pub next door great for drinks and breakfast . Parking easy . Only occasional noise from road not a deal breaker . Would use again 

Good location (we were going to a friend's party nearby), easily accessible, plenty of free parking, comfortable and quiet room and decent breakfast. Very good value and they are right about the comfortable beds, had a very good night's sleep.

We got to the hotel to find I hadn't fully completed the booking and so no room had been reserved!
Lewis, on the desk, was so helpful and professional.
He helped us through the booking process as we were quite stressed!
He even went to the affiliate restaurant and hand delivered herbal teabags to our room!
He gave us recommendations for local restaurants as we didn't fancy the restaurant attached.

Very convenient location and easy to find with free parking. Room was larger than I imagined and beds were very comfy and I liked that there were extra pillows available in the room.
Shower was great and lots of hot water. The only slight downside I could here traffic outside as room overlooked the traffic lights outside so cars were always reving to pull away from the lights, but I was so tired I soon fell asleep as beds were so comfortable.



We used this hotel as we were meeting our  family and it was a convenient place to spend the night. Easy, simple to book online  and a good price for the night. Comfortable and basic  but we had a good sleep  Would definitely use again.

Absolutely AMAZING stay here, the staff were so helpful, especially the young smiley lady called Eudalee. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel was an affordable price. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a place in Bristol.

Why do you not include decent WiFi connection in the cost of the room?.
The Premier Inn is very comfortable but in this day and age I would expect a good Wi-Fi connection. It is very annoying to try and down load a document over ten minutes to realise you have the connection toon speed of a snail and the Wi-Fi to freeze.

This Premier Inn offered all the usual facilities of Premier Inn such as a clean, quiet room, adequate bathroom  and an adequate bed and easy check in, check out and payment. We found the pillows were too hard. There is no restaurant directly attached though there are a number of restaurants nearby. It is on quite a large retail park with plenty of parking. The signs from the main road were not clear though it was fairly easy to find the hotel.

Weekend Stay

Hotel was easy to find and park at. Very friendly staff on reception. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Only had one bedside table. Rooms have very thin walls/ceilings and we were unlucky to get someone rearranging furniture on their arrival. Its next to a main road so sirens were very common.
The evening meal was good, lots of choice and friendly service. The breakfast choice wasnt amazing but the staff were running around helping people.
I probably wouldnt return because of the noise.

The advantage of premier Inns is that you know what to expect, which is a big advantage when visiting the UK where hotels can be very variable in quality. This particular Premier Inn had all the standard features, but was a bit worn down and we had to change rooms due to terrible smells from the drains in one room. However, the staff were wonderful and this definitely made up for the short comings in the property. They moved us swiftly and efficiently and were very obliging. While the location of this hotel was convenient for our visit, it does suffer from the disadvantage of being sited on what is essentially a traffic island, which means there is a lot of traffic noise in most of the rooms. In additon, the advertised attached restaurant (Brewers Fayre) had recently been permanently closed (were were informed of this shortly before we arrived after we had already booked and paid) and so dining options were limited. Overall, though it was very good value for money and we were happy with the final room we were given.

Lovely staff, tired premises

I like to stay in Premier Inn as it is a guaranteed standard - I did feel that we paid top dollar for Bristol Filton, as I needed the car parking, and although the bed was comfy and the place was clean it just felt a bit tired, and slightly down at heel - so didn't live up to my expectations. Having said that staff were very friendly and the food was good.
