Really nice staff especially John, Amber & Lizzie who was also extremely easy on the eye too

We stopped here as we're were attending a funeral, the staff were super friendly and brightened up our mood, with extensive knowledge of local restaurants and area, the rooms we're spotless, very comfortable. Meg, Elizabeth and Joy, thank you for your kindness and wonderful sense of humour and professionalism. I can't wait to return!

Lizzie and Meg  were amazing very welcoming and helpful highly recommend would definitely come back when booking another trip to Cornwall on a work trip

Was booked in by a very lovely lady Joanne on the reception also absolutely love the beds and pillows and never any surprises with premier apart from having a bigger room than usual very happy with it so far would definitely come here again in the future.

Really love this Premier Inn. First visit here, great staff and perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Phillippa and Paul couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.  Pre-arrival were given an accessible room which helped my older parents out a lot and room was great for their needs. Lovely comfortable rooms, had a great night sleep and pub next door is perfect for breakfast.  Well done Premier Inn Team!

The permier Plus rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. A huge thank you to all the staff their including Jenny and Phillippa. Parking was also spacious and covered by cctv. The meal deals in the restaurant exclude some items but not much and the staff are also helpful and friendly.

Staring at check in was made so effortless by Caroline because we had a bit of an issue. After we checked in,  it was the usual excellent  stay you have at a premier Inn.The only little issue I had was my room was on the main road side so you got a lot of traffic very early in the morning. 

Very friendly and welcoming team. Thankyou to the 3 reception staff shane. Caroline and reece. No conversation was to much for them booked us in and reece helped with carrying our cases and bags to our room and even brought us fresh towels and pillows to our door after. Nothing was to much to ask for reece very helpful and cheerful. Amazing staff will be returning very soon.

Stayed early March as working in the area. Can’t go wrong with a premier inn. Room was clean and receptionist was pleasant. 

Only criticism could be the AC didn’t seem to cool the room and a fan would of been beneficial. Had I wanted to get out of my comfort bed I’m sure reception would have provided. However I didn’t so I’ve only myself to blame!

I cannot praise Caroline and Marc (reception team) enough.   Nothing was too much trouble and if it weren’t for Caroline and her professional courteous manner, we would still be in the car due to a booking error!!! It was so pleasant to come across such highly motivated staff.   Thank you!  The room was spacious and had everything I needed, I would like to mention the excellent lighting system where it enabled sleep but was light enough to see if you woke up in the night.  The bed was true to word on the TV - great nights sleep and breakfast was first class! I shall definitely be staying here again.

It certainly does what it says on the TV!!

On arrival staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and perfect for my needs. The addition of tea and coffee available helps you get settled in. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant which was reasonably priced. Good distance from both st ives and st michaels mount which made it a perfect place to stay on my trip. Overall, would stay again if the opportunity arose. 

Great stay 

I stay in Premier Inns constantly from Bath//Bristol to Penzance and the staff here, reception, restaurant, cleaners are the friendliest and genuinely the most helpful staff I've met. I spoke to the manageress in the restaurant after my stay on 22/02 to tell her how great I thought the staff were. As always the hotel rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable
