Boundless Bliss Hotel

So here’s the thing: This place probably used to be majestic, and the more people that stay there, the better I assume it will get, from the revenue generated. It’s currently mid-renovation, and only one of the big houses is even open. So you’re basically getting a studio apartment (maybe there are bigger suites) on the side of a Caribbean mountain (my cabbie said, “this is just a little hill…”). You CAN see the city and the water, but neither is all that close so rent your own car or spend more on taxis than the room. If you’re looking for a resort, this ain’t it. (We just went down to them tho.)BUT if you’re like me, and what you’re looking for is an experience like the people who live in the place where you went, this charming little spot is great. The room interior was clean, comfortable, plenty secluded—granted we were there in the relative off-season, a mid-March weekend stay. So my five stars are probably a little misleading, but I would still recommend Boundless Bliss
