The location is fantastic, walking distance from the main attractions. The atmosphere and ambience is very nice and cozy. We loved the staff. Everybody was very professional, extremely kind, always ready to help us with any need. They all made us feel special. They also organized excursions for us (private city tour with an excellent professional guide, sunset cruise on luxury yacht) and airport transportations. Breakfast , served in their beautiful roof top, is delicious and very generous. We had dinner twice at their restaurant and we loved it. Actually those were the best meals we had in the city. We also tried a Michelin restaurant (very good) but we liked this better. Excellent food, very tasty, with fresh ingredients, very well presented, super kind servers and reasonable price. Also, the view on the Bosphorus sea from the roof top is beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
