Senza Sunset Beach Hotel

We stayed at the hotel with our family, and we went with the understanding that prices in August are very high. In general, we are satisfied with the hotel, we returned rested. What we liked: 1. Beach + pier, it is possible to enter from the shore or from the pier, there were always enough sun beds, towels were changed at any time. 2. Good food, fish was for lunch and dinner, every day we came up with something new for dinner. 3. Friendly staff and what was a discovery for us is that even the kitchen staff knows English, at least a little, it's very convenient. 4. Good cleaning both in the room and on the premises, the staff work tirelessly. 5. Very warm atmosphere, especially in the evenings, I liked the staff dancing on the Turkish night, then we could join, which we did. 6. Good animation. 7. Cute kittens. What could be improved: 1. Drinks (except wine) are bottled in plastic, at least at dinner they can be poured into glass (although if asked, they were poured into glassware). 2. For 6 full days, there was ice cream for dinner once, I would like more often, the child was really waiting. 3. I had to ask for pancakes every morning, apparently they were sorted very quickly, and my child eats only them from what he has for breakfast. 4. The mirror in room 357 needs to be replaced, the frame is very old and crumbling, the hinges of the cabinet require repair for a long time. 5. Measures are needed to control ants, there are a lot of them on the street, including a place with kettles and a coffee machine. 6. There are a lot of Turks in the hotel, which is not bad, but for some reason not everyone knows the concept of a queue and just bypasses it. You only need to deal with this by explaining to the staff that you need to serve the guests on a first-come, first-served basis. We've run into each other repeatedly, and it's unpleasant. Well, 10-15 gozleme tortillas in one hand is also an incomprehensible story for the locals. 7. During the vacation, the child had a birthday, the reception said that no gifts were provided. We could treat you to ice cream, it's not expensive. Overall, we liked everything, it's clear that everyone is trying and we wrote all our wishes with the best of intentions so that you can become a better person, but I would like to rate the hotel as 4* by 5 points, we were in the same price category at 5* ultra all and the hotel has something to strive for.
