I had an amazing stay at Mariott Pearl Sousse, my mom and I felt like home thanks to the wonderful personal they have. They were extremely kind and professional, we highly appreciate every single effort done to make us feel comfortable. The location of this hotel is great, close to the beach and near plenty of rest too. We will be back!

A really good stay in sousse the Marriot has two pools we went B&B which was excellent value for money

Hotel is almost perfect. But outdoor swimming pool.  Too many people. So i cannot ise sunbed and swimming pool allday.That is only one of weak point

F& B with the Kindness of Executive Chef Karim, the very Yummy and flavor oriented OPUS restaurant is a must visit while you are around. We also liked The Buffet Breakfast , thank you

The property is gorgeous, the staff is exceptional, I wish I could take them all home with me. The breakfast is the largest I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel, with so many options to choose from. They spare nothing to service you. The pool is beautiful, spa services were delightful as well. Also the spa space is beautiful. The beach had security so I could leave my bag while I swam with no worries at all. I was sad I had to leave

Beautiful seaview with balcony, the hotel is clean and the location is good. It's easy to get a taxi (costs less than TND3 to get to the shared taxi station for day trips to other cities). We stayed here for four nights. The only drawbacks of this hotel are the lack of meat in the buffet breakfast and no dryer in the room.

Perfect experience, outstanding service!

It was an excellent stay, the hotel staff at the reception were one of a kind very helpful gentle and ready to assist and help. The hotel is very clean. The only disadvantage is there is only one restaurant so you have only one menu to choose from everyday. It would have been useful to have at least another restaurant at the hotel (besides the bar restaurant and the buffet) especially if you reserve with bed and breakfast.

Excellent stay

When i arrived i was greeted by this lady called Chinaz ( may have spelt her name incorrectly). She was smiling cheerful and so bubbly. I knew i was in good hands. Reminds me of a R.E.M song 'happy shining people.' thats her in a nutshell.I then had a porter called Mr Faouzi Kheyafi. He took the trouble to show me how the TV works (Im a keen sports fan) but whenever he saw me, he was welcoming.The staff are engaged with were helpful. Even in morning, breakfast staff in canteen were faultless.Its a relatively new hotel. If you want to be picky, you can find minor areas to complain about, but the staff make this place what it is. Next to hotel is a nice cafe / mini restaurant. Medina is a 15 minute walk or 2euros in a taxi.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how they go that extra mile to accommodate you. A big thanks to Asma. She was the MVP...showed initiative and really went above and beyond to make our stay positively pleasant.Thank you.
