58 reviewsWe arrived and were checked in straight away even though we were early. Our room wasn’t available but the Sri Lankan manager was excellent! He came up with us after realising our room may not be ready. Straight away he upgraded us to another floor and bigger room. Sorry I can’t remember his name but he has a young daughter my daughters age. This manager will go out of his way, he’s attentive and goes extra mile to accommodate guests. I think it’s time he should be credited for his dedication and hard work. He’s be travelled a lot and I know and recognise staff when they’re dedicated to their jobs. During my stay, I saw him wizzing around everywhere in the hotel with his staff ensuring things were done. His manner with guests and his staff is respectful, kind and courteous. They are fast at serving staff. Breakfast is very good. You have a big choice. It’s a large well served layout. Plenty of space to sit. Bread station, tea/coffe station, hot food, pickles/sauces & fruit station. Decor on 9th floor rooms are brilliant, very spacious rooms, generous single beds which are AMAZINGLY comfortable and we slept well after long travel and Ziyarats etc. the beds here were much better than Jabal Omar Address in Makkah. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for our stay. Huge shout out to staff who work hard here.
