We stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms are nice, new, clean. Reception lady and overall service is good, polite and helpful. Which sometimes is not in place in Sheregesh due to hotel infrastructure still developing in this small mining town. Few surprises 1. One morning I woke up, washed myself, then my girlfriend went to bathroom. Suddenly she found no water both hot and cold there. Surprise! :) the issue was solved in 10 minutes but still... 2. Bed that looked like big king size one finally was the split of 2 single beds put together. Not the best option for young couple. 3. Super soft mattress. Just personally didn't like that 4. It was SUPER hot in the rooms. Limited possibility to change the temperature. 5. Despite room was not cheapest, I would even say it was an expensive one in the hotel, there was only 2 small windows :( and they didn't allow half-open mode to control super hotness for #4 6. Be ready that you would hear everything happening in the hotel as well as if you do something loud in the room everyone will hear that. So long sleep in the morning is a limited opportunity as soon as people start to walk in mountain ski boots ;))) Breakfast was tasty, fresh and served really fast but limited only to 2-3 variants. So overall I would recommend the stay there but better avoid studio room type.
