Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. Upon check-in, a rental agreement is drawn up and a security deposit is charged, which is returned upon departure if all the conditions of the agreement are met. Reporting documents are provided.
The manager meets and accommodates guests in person from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If guests arrive sooner or later, they additionally pay for the manager's arrival. No additional fee is charged for check-in or check-out between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM; from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged; from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 is charged. When the guests leave, the manager checks the accommodation facility and returns the deposit. |
