Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Contactless check-in is available. To access the apartment and receive check-in information, guests must contact the check-in manager to receive information and pay the deposit by 09:30 PM. The manager is on duty until 10:00 PM. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon check-in, guests must complete a registration form to sign the rental agreement.
For same-day reservations, the check-in and check-out time is limited to 10:00 PM.
Payment for the apartment is only possible by bank transfer. Cash or other payment methods are not available.
The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out between 04:00 PM and 06:00 PM.
For reservations for 1-2 guests, one bed is included in the rate. An extra bed and bed linen are available for an additional fee. If guests wish to stay separately, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 applies for each additional set of bed linen. |
