Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Guests will need to sign a contract remotely to receive the check-in instructions. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.
The apartment is not suitable for events or noisy gatherings.
The building has a security access system; guests must have an ID document with them.
Check-in is handled by the administrator: from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM, it's free if both guests arrive at the same time. An additional charge of RUB 800.00 applies from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM, and RUB 1000.00 from 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, the fee is subject to individual agreement, starting from RUB 1600.00.
Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.
If guests notify their arrival time in advance but are late and a representative is already waiting, an additional charge of RUB 500.00 applies for every 30 minutes of waiting.
Check-in for two guests under standard conditions is possible if they arrive at the same time. If guests arrive at different times, an additional charge applies for the second guest's separate check-in. A representative of the owner will attend each guest. |
