From the moment I arrived, your staff left a lasting impression on me through their professionalism, politeness, and genuine care. As I parked my car in front of the hotel to unload luggage, a staff member kindly and respectfully asked me to move the car to the side to keep the area clear. His polite approach made me feel both respected and welcome. I later found out his name was Ranjeet a gentleman who truly represents the values of your team. Upon entering, Ms. Mona, an Arabic-speaking lady, assisted with check-in and was equally warm and helpful, ensuring the room allocation was smooth and clear Then I met Miss Harriet a star among your staff. Despite handling multiple guests at once, she maintained complete composure, kindness, and incredible patience. Her wisdom, multitasking skills, and ability to make each guest feel valued stood out above all. Even in a full house with athletes around, Miss Harriet kept everything under control with a bright smile and respectful tone. We can all learn patience and professionalism from her. During breakfast, the atmosphere was just as impressive. Staff checked in on us kindly, asking how they could help. I noticed two youg young men (possibly Nepali or Indian) assisting guests actively, even though the restaurant was full. One of them, Thiri, was exceptional managing the crowd with calm control and genuine hospitality. Your entire team worked seamlessly with grace and energy, making sure every guest felt comfortable. It was a beautiful reminder that excellent service is not just about speed it’s about care, respect, and human connection.
