Convenient and not crowded. If you want to have a praceful stay in Roxas City I suggest you choose this place. Its near the town proper and easily accessible for any mode of transport should you want to go and explore the town. The staff are friendly and more than willing to assist you in your needs especially getting a tricycle and get the right price. Too bad there were some tricycle drivers who take advantage of tourists and will ask a huge amount. I also love their dishes!

Modern hotel with clean room and comfortable bed. Aircon worked well, hot water shower and cable tv. My room faced the street so I had access to a balcony. Street noise wasn't too bad. My room even had a swinging chair in it.
My only picky thing would be that there were a few ants in the room and bathroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised trike and costs out front for me.
I only had one meal from the food menu which was good. As I was leaving early they gave me a sandwich and water in lieu of my breakfast.
Being only a kilometer or so from the bus terminal is a big plus.
Can certainly recommend.

For months of going back and forth to Roxas City, I have come just love this hotel - free from any grandeur, but never lacking in comfort. The hotel staff are super friendly - I have always been given the best room, with the best view, at the same affordable price! I almost feel I am part owner!

A Home and an Office

I stayed here for two nights, in different rooms. Here are my pointers:

The Good: affordable price, beautiful garden, friendly staff

The Bad: very near the highway, you could hear trucks and buses as they pass there at night, there was an activity downstairs which you could hear from your room, a bit far from the city as compared to other hotels, and I wish to have a larger TV in the room upstairs.

The rest of the hotel was fairly good. Clean bathroom, good bed, cable TV and a decent wifi signal. Food was fine too. I'm happy for the fine stay. Thank you!

Just fine

The establishment is just fine. The rooms are very spacious. Their breakfast is delicious though and is delivered on time. But i guess you can find better accomodation somewhere else in Roxas.

PS. Try hotels at the city center or at budding central districts
