Railway line is close but turned out to be no problem

Room was nicely decorated, couldn't get used to the bed. The receptionist was very pleasant, and we did enjoy our stay.

So very clean and well equipped.  Great location so I could do the very short walk into town.  Also, the owners are personable and helpful.

Same excellent accommodation and service as we’ve experienced on previous stays.  Highly recommend.

Good clean unit, comfortable beds.  Staff happy to give advice on where to eat, and which places would be open.

We had a comfortable stay, unit very clean and tidy some road noise but didn't find it a problem

First appearance of outer building was not good, but that changed when shown into our accommodation.The room had been renovated and was clean, with nice white,clean sheets,carpet and bathroom.                                                     We we greated with a smile on arrival.                                      When  spoken about the outer building ,we were informed it was work in progress.

The reason we chose this motel was the fact that it had advertised a spa. Upon arrival a note on the counter advised that the spa was "not working" This was disappointing to see but the situation was rectified when brought to the proprietors attention. Thanks! The spa itself was great, but the surrounds left much to be desired.

I had phoned the owners about 2 weeks prior to my stay, because I had some doubt if my on-line booking had gone through. I was reassured that even if it hadn't, they would honour my booking anyway. I liked his friendly helpful advice. It seemed that Expedia was out of action at the time. And my feelings about the owners were confirmed when I checked in, very nice people. I was there for just one night, as passsing through.

Handy motel.

Lovely staff.  Facility was clean.  The only let down was.the hard bed.
