We stayed at your hotel last week to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and incredibly safe. The reception team provided wonderful customer service, recommending and helping to choose the perfect excursion for our short stay, the camel 🐪🐫 trip will stay with us forever 😂😂😂 We had the all inclusive package, and the food and drinks were great. Every evening offered great entertainment, and we also visited the hotel spa, which was a fantastic experience. As a group of female friends, feeling safe was extremely important to us, and your hotel exceeded our expectations -we never felt uncomfortable or intimidated at any point.
