We had a wonderful time at Dar Mo'da staying with 3 of us staying at the Annex. The Riad is beautiful and the rooms lovingly restored. The roof terrace is a fantastic relaxing spot to enjoy a bit of sun and chillout over breakfast. However, what really stood out was the customer service. Mu and Mohammed went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were constantly looking for ways to improve our experience. At one point we mentioned we couldn't book a restaurant we wanted to go to since it was already fully booked and they went out of their way to contact the restaurant to get us a table. We have stayed at some exceptional hotels like the Mandarin Oriental, Nobu etc. but we have never experienced customer service with such attention to detail. There is truly an exceptional team working at Dar Mo'da.
